GSP Crop Science launches innovative fungicide ‘ELEMENT’ in India to address multiple diseases in Rice crop

GSP Crop Science, Indian Agrochemical manufacturer and marketer, announces the launch of its unique fungicide, ELEMENT, designed to address the domestic agricultural market’s needs. ELEMENT is a patented combination of SDHI and Triazole fungicides in a Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation.

ELEMENT is a broad-spectrum fungicide, offering robust protection against a wide range of fungal diseases. This advanced formulation is registered for use on Paddy to prevent the crop damage from fungal diseases like Sheath Blight, Brown spot, fasle smut and Grain discoloration. 

The product is expected to be an important solution to various diseases on other crops too such as groundnut, soybean, chilies, tomato, potato, onion, cumin, pomegranate, apple, grape, and banana in near future. The testing program is on. 

One of the standout features of ELEMENT is its acropetal and basipetal movement, leading to quick absorption and spread into the plant system, providing long-lasting control and prevents wash-off even in rainy conditions. This leads to extended protection, allowing farmers to maintain healthy, more greener crops with fewer applications. Another important feature is this SC formulation type itself, which is safer, environmental friendly and more effective compared to solvent based formulations. SC formulations are water based thus offers above benefits.
