BASF SE has settled a patent dispute against Adria New Zealand Limited, in relation to the product Sledge 700WG. The parties have resolved the dispute without any admissions of liability, and Adria New Zealand Limited has removed Sledge 700WG from sale in New Zealand.
Saflufenacil is the active ingredient in BASF’s Kixor® technology, contained within Sharpen® Herbicide and Voraxor® Herbicide, amongst other BASF brands globally. Its key applications provide effective solutions against difficult to manage weeds across a range of crop systems worldwide.
