Binnong Technology’s annual 14,000-ton glufosinate and intermediates project completion acceptance publicized for public comment

The completion acceptance of Gansu Binnong Technology Co., Ltd’s 22,000-ton pesticide and intermediates project (Phase I) was recently publicized on a local government website for public comment.

Gansu Binnong Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Binnong Technology Co., Ltd, a Chinese agrochemical enterprise. 

According to the completion acceptance report, the 22,000-ton pesticide and intermediates project is located within the premises of Gansu Binnong Technology Co., Ltd in Lanzhou New Area Chemical Industry Park, at an investment of RMB1 billion yuan. 

Phase I of the project includes a newbuild of 9,000-ton methyldiethoxyphosphine and 5,000-ton glufosinate production lines as well as supportive facilities.

Gansu Binnong Technology Co., Ltd was founded on August 5, 2020, with its business scope covering pesticide production, retailing, wholesale, registration-oriented field trials and production of hazardous chemicals. 

Shandong Binnong Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2003, as a national high-tech enterprise and national pesticide-designated production enterprise engaged in the integrated development of technology, industry and trade.
