A Solemn Announcement For the 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (DFPA) process

Bayer AG is the patent owner of the process of ethyl 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methylpyrazole-4-carboxylate (DFMPE) using 2,2-difluoroacetyl halide and ethyl 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)acrylate as raw materials. By press time of this announcement, Lanqi Bioscience (Zhejiang) New Materials Co., Ltd. and Lanqi Bioscience (Lanzhou) New Materials Co., Ltd. are the only legally authorized patent licensees in China. Recently, we have inspected some suspected illegal use of the patent to produce 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methylpyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (DFPA). On these grounds, we would hereby make our solemn announcement as the following: 

1. Any unauthorized manufacture or sale of 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methylpyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (DFPA) using the 2,2-difluoroacetyl halide and ethyl 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)acrylate process is suspected of patent infringement. 

   
   

2. Do not purchase or sell illegally-produced 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methylpyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (DFPA), so as to avoid irreparable economic losses or even suspected violation of law.
