For corn, the novelties were led by two new short-cycle hybrids with VIPTERA 3 CL technology, the best technology on the market for insect and weed management. These products are NS 7626 VIP3 CL, which achieves maximum performance during early planting in medium and high potential environments, and NS 7624 VIP3 CL, which achieves excellent performance during late plantings and is adaptable to all environments.

The soybean portfolio was also renewed with the launches of the varieties, 4024 STS NS, 4924 E STS NS, 4323 E NS, and 4634 E STS NS. These new materials come with Enlist and STS technology for more effective weed control and higher yields.

For sunflower, the NS 1227 CLHO hybrid, a high oleic with excellent performance in all environments, both at high and low productivity, was added to the portfolio.

In addition to featuring the Clearfield technology and developed in conjunction with BASF Argentina, the hybrid acts well against Phomopsis and is resistant to the main races of Downy Mildew.

The brand also took advantage of the exhibition to showcase its RED-IN line, which will be launched for the wheat campaign. For this cycle, the novelties are 460 Baguette, the best short-cycle option in quality group 1 and offers yields at the level of group 2 in the market, and 610 Baguette, the new intermediate cycle winner with excellent health.

Nicolás Brandstadter.jpegNicolás Brandstadter, Marketing Manager of Nidera Semillas, said, ″Throughout their lives, farmers experience between 35 and 40 agricultural campaigns. Accompanying them in each cycle is a commitment that we face with great responsibility, as we are convinced that the knowledge gathered in the more than 550 locations where we conduct yield and portfolio management trials every year and have accumulated over more than three decades represent an invaluable contribution when it comes to getting the most out of our genetics. We call this process of exchange with our customers the ‘Nidera Experience’.″

″In more than 40 locations over the past three years, we have seen that in the plots we managed with variable corn densities, there were averages of 4.5% more yield per hectare,″ Brandstadter added.

Nidera works with assistants and utilizes agronomic models to recommend products, create precise environments, and achieve variable density and fertilization.

At Expoagro, the brand presented two assistants that improved recommendations. The first determines the environmental index of the plot and the second focuses on optimizing the planting date.

These services are supported by post-planting support for producers, with Nidera reseeding for those who have experienced climate-related, as well as providing planting quality reports based on images generated from drone flights, and monitoring reports on crop development.
