Ricardo Perez was appointed the new General Director of the Syngenta Agriculture Platform (SYNAP), Syngenta's commercial platform for input retail, technical assistance, and technology, comprising the brands Atua Agro, Dipagro, Agro Jangada, and Agrocerrado.

With more than two decades in the company, Perez combines his new role with his current position as Synap's Commercial Head, reinforcing Syngenta's commitment to excellence in distribution and support for Brazilian farmers.

The change comes after the recent transition of André Savino, former General Director of Synap, to the position of President of Crop Protection in Brazil.
