Rainbow Agro wraps up 2023 with over 1,100 new global registrations and over 6,000 in total; global registration for biostimulants initiates

Shandong Weifang Rainbow Chemical Co., Ltd. (″Rainbow Agro″ for short) announced at the beginning of the new year that its registration team had a productive year in 2023, achieving over 1,000 new global registrations. 

The company also disclosed its plan for global registration objectives in 2024.

According to Rainbow Agro’s mid-term strategic planning from 2020 to 2024, the objective was to achieve an annual global registration increment ranging from 800 to 1,000 items. Notably, the registration team surpassed this goal for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, achieving over 1,000 new global registrations annually.

In 2023, Rainbow Agro secured 1,100 new global registrations, including 52 in China, 72 in Mexico, 27 in Brazil, 26 in the EU for both technical equivalence and product approvals, 24 in Australia, 22 in New Zealand, 33 in South Korea, 10 in Russia, 113 in India, 32 in Bangladesh, 12 in Vietnam, 14 in Philippine, 7 in Thailand, 20 in Kenya, 4 in Mali, and more.

In the year, Rainbow Agro obtained registrations for the first time in countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Togo, Madagascar, and others.

In 2023, aligning with its annual strategic plan updates for building a ″Quick Market Access Platform″, Rainbow Agro initiated the comprehensive registration efforts in the United States and Canadian markets ahead of schedule. These two countries are the last main markets where Rainbow Agro has yet to establish its ″Quick Market Access Platform″. The initiation of the comprehensive registration efforts in these two markets implies that Rainbow Agro will complete the construction of its global ″Quick Market Access Platform″ within the next five years.

Also, in 2023, in line with its annual strategic plan updates, Rainbow Agro promptly commenced the registration process for its biostimulant product range across all major global markets. This move is a proactive step in expanding its business category.

According to its strategic plan, by the year 2030, Rainbow Agro aims to become the leading company not only in terms of the number of global product registrations but also the quantities of registrations in all the essential target countries.
