Fuhua Tongda Chemical’s annual 20,000-ton yellow phosphorus plant upgrade begins trial run

Sichuan Huifenghe New Material Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of China’s main glyphosate manufacturer Fuhua Tongda Chemical, held an opening ceremony on December 27, 2023, for the resurrective running of the annual 20,000-ton yellow phosphorus plant in China after the safety and environmental equipment renovation.

In March this year, to make up for the weakness, utilize the advantages, and improve the cyclic industry chain, Fuhua Chemical acquired the formerly Huifenghe New Material Technology Co., Ltd, after which Fuhua Chemical followed the latest petrochemical regulations, relevant laws, and regulations to have made an optimization and adjustment to the initial design using the high-standard and high-quality criteria, having completed the major renovation to get ready for trial run in only ten months.

The annual 20,000-ton yellow phosphorus plant upgrade is integral to Fuhua Chemical’s initiative to integrate the cyclic industry chain, which aims to improve and perfect its industry chain. The plant upgrade will further consolidate the company’s competitive edge in the production of basic chemicals and fine chemicals.
