Shanghai High Victory Fine Chemical’s Metconazole, Fludioxonil Technical obtained the EU technical material equivalency certification

Shanghai High Victory Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (or High Victory), located in Shanghai Fine Chemical Industry Park, is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and international market expansion of new pesticide technical materials, pharmaceuticals, pesticide intermediates and other products. 

In 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China approved High Victory as a "National Agricultural Chemicals Designated Active Ingredients Production Enterprise ". It is now is the president unit of the Shanghai Fertilizer and Pesticide Industry Association.

Since 2007, High Victory has been continuously recognized as "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise", and has been awarded the honorary titles of "Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise", " Shanghai Environmental-friendly Production Model Enterprise ", "Shanghai 'Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative' Enterprise", "Shanghai Patent Work Model Enterprise", and other honorary titles.

The fungicide Metconazole, developed and produced by Shanghai High Victory Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. has been granted the EU technical materials equivalency Recognition. Metconazole is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide with excellent activity, which is mainly used for the prevention and control of Septoria, Fusarium panicle, leaf rust of wheat, dwarf rust and powdery mildew of barley, crown rust of oats, etc.

As the first manufacturer in manufacturing Metconazole TC complying with laws and regulations after the new domestic pesticide registration policy in mainland China, High Victory obtained the domestic technical material registration in January 2022. At present, the content of the technical material produced by High Victory is ≥95%. And according to customers’ needs, High Victory can customize the ≥ 98% content of it.

Since 2016, High Victory obtained China's first ″for export only″ license of Metconazole TC. It has been continuously providing high-quality Metconazole TC to foreign customers, and is deeply trusted by customers. In addition to the Metconazole TC TE available, Fludioxonil TC has also obtained European TE recognition, which will lay the foundation for High Victory to further expand the sales of the European pesticide TC market.
