Ningxia Yifan Biotech granted prothioconazole technical registration in Brazil

In September 2023, an open information from the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture（MAPA） revealed that Ningxia Yifan Biotech Co., Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Yifan Biotech Group) was granted prothioconazole technical registration in Brazil under the registration number TC14923. 

According to Yifan Biotech Group, Ningxia Yifan Biotech has been granted prothioconazole technical registration（known in the industry as ICAMA certificate） and production licence in China respectively in October, 2022 and February, 2023. Its plant was officially put into mass production in June, 2023, with a designed annual capacity of 1,500 tons in Phase I. The grant of the product registration in Brazil will surely facilitate Yifan Biotech Group’s prothioconazole technical market development in Brazil.

Prothioconazole is one of strategic products in Yifan Biotech Group, which has been previously granted the EU technical equivalence, the manufacturer of which is Ningxia Yifan Biotech. The product registration is also being processed independently or cooperatively in prime markets such as Australia, North America, South America and Eastern Europe. Yifan Biotech Group wishes to help customers at domestic and overseas develop and produce prothioconazole formulations more efficiently and more economically, as backed up by the dedicated manufacturing, innovation and service of the group.
