AlgaEnergy completes the incorporation of its agricultural business unit into DE SANGOSSE

AlgaEnergy has officially become a partner within DE SANGOSSE Group, which will enable a concentrated focus in agricultural markets.

The new agricultural business unit, wholly owned by DE SANGOSSE and named AE AGRIBIOGICALS, S.L. -AlgaEnergy-, is based in Spain and will further expand the microalgae technology pioneered by AlgaEnergy S.A. worldwide.

AE AGRIBIOLOGICALS NA CORP will operate as AlgaEnergy North America, with the same unique technology and team.

DE SANGOSSE counts on 27 operating companies and sales in more than 60 countries and has established itself as one of the world's leading providers of innovative and sustainable solutions for agriculture.

The partnership will ensure enhanced development of existing technologies and innovative solutions derived from microalgae, AlgaEnergy S.A. assets will be incorporated into AE Agribiologicals, S.L. including production and processing plants, its international network of subsidiaries, technologies, patents, and trademarks related to agriculture.

DE SANGOSSE will expand and improve the position of the AlgaEnergy group through the increase of specialized personnel in this area of science, investments in CAPEX, improvement of facilities, agricultural R&I and marketing.
