COMPO EXPERT obtains CE mark as a plant biostimulant for Invelop^® White Protect

Invelop^® White Protect become the first biostimulant of the COMPO EXPERT group and one of the first biostimulants on the market to obtain the CE mark as a "non-microbial plant biostimulant" in the framework of the EU regulation 2019/1009 on fertilizers.

Invelop® White Protect is a 100% natural mineral wettable powder. It is a food grade talc E553b based product, specially developed and formulated for foliar applications. By its nature, it can be used in organic farming.

This certification is a new recognition for this unique product. Indeed, plant biostimulants bearing the CE mark need to be evaluated by an independent notified body that assesses the safety for humans and the environment as well as the effectiveness through a demonstration validated by agronomic trials. Invelop® White Protect is certified for the claim "improvement of tolerance to abiotic stresses" for all crops of the "woody perennial" group (fruit trees, vine, small fruits, hops ...) and this for all countries of the European Union.

Obtaining the CE mark for this first biostimulant is a new step for the COMPO EXPERT Group which marks its resolution to be a major player in the field of biostimulants.
