Ubyfol presents copper aminophosphite with ‘healing action’

The Brazilian multinational, Ubyfol, launched its copper aminophosphite (phosphorous acid, copper, and organic carbon) to the market, which features a ″healing action″ that cures fissures in plants.

The company showcased its foliar nutrition portfolio through its stands at various Brazilian agribusiness events.

Ubyfol's solutions were developed for use on the production of grains, such as soy, corn, sorghum and beans.

According to the multinational, copper aminophosphite acts ″uniquely in three spectrums.″

The first is its curative action, which helps plants heal fissures more efficiently.

The second is its physiological action, which is due to the amino acid load that provides greater vegetative efficiency for crops.

Finally, the product also acts protectively, since the phosphite in its formulation is a potent resistance inducer.

In addition, with its high mobility in plants, the ingredient makes the crop more resistant to pathogens.

According to Ubyfol, among the features of copper aminophosphite is its stimulation of phytoalexin synthesis, which are part of a plant’s natural defense mechanism, making them more resistant against biotic and abiotic stresses.

Copper also induces resistance, making plants less susceptible to pathogen development.
