UPL China reaching agreement with Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical for joint development of product supply chain

A few days ago, a strategic partnership agreement was executed between UPL China and Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical, as made public by a grand signing ceremony held in Shanghai. According to the agreement, the two parties would utilize the advantages of each other and work hand in hand to develop the Chinese market, striving to build a product supply chain that meets market demand, as well as jointly exploring new fields of cooperation.

Mr. Devendra Gangwar, Head of UPL Greater China Region, says that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between UPL China and Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical reflects UPL’s global partnership strategy for the open agriculture, which stands for a new beginning of the cooperation between UPL China and Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical. UPL China will continue its focus on supply of high-quality products and will meanwhile continue its effort on product creation, thus creating more opportunities for cooperation between the two sides in the future towards business development in higher quality.

Ms. Xu Haiyan, General Manager of Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical, expressed expectation on continued and enhanced cooperation between UPL China and Shanghai Shengnong Biochemical, as well as a demand for cooperation in new product field to achieve more fruitful results, as based upon mutual understanding and support.
