With ″Updating″ and ″Upgrading,″ Hongru Intelligent focuses on development of ″Nano Pesticide Bead Mill″ and ″Intelligent Upgrading″

In the first quarter of 2023, lots of companies, that have been ready to go all out to mass production, were however trapped in the difficult market which was not active at the year beginning as having been expected. Similarly, the pesticide market came across the difficulties of the low prices of technicals and the depression of the formulation market. Nevertheless, the pesticide industry is fortunately always an invigorated industry full of life and energy. In 2023, the Chinese central government released the ″The new round of 100 billion kg grain production capacity action plan,″ which shows a full support to the Chinese farming at present time, especially when the business environment is changing. In the circumstance, industry players might need to think about the ways to overcome the challenges and to make a breakthrough. 

As an equipment manufacturer and service provider dedicated to the pesticide industry, Hongru Intelligent has concentrated its effort on R&D, production and service which encompass ″updating″ of the outdated equipment with intelligent facility and ″upgrading″ of facility with nano-pesticide production equipment and formulation process. 1.″Updating″ - Intelligent Production 

With China’s overall economic growth, the improvement of formulation research and development capabilities and the emerging demand from the domestic and international markets, the quality requirement of Chinese formulation products becomes higher; at the same time, the large number of milling practices has enabled a clearer understanding of the required integration of formula, technicals and milling equipment; and the impact of production process on the efficiency and cost of formulation has become increasingly evident - Equipment and production process play an important role in production of novel type of formulations as well as in achievement of formulation products of higher quality. 

However, the higher market requirement and the product renewal cycle have imposed a lot of difficulties on many ″conventional″ formulators:

1)Outdated production line is of low efficiency, where the process has gradually led to failed fineness of some formulations, being unbale to meet the new requirement from the pesticide market.

2)The production is run manually on most occasions, where a lot of people are involved in production, which is not under proper control; workers quit job quite frequently, personal ability is quite different, and training of skilled production personnel is high demanding. These factors, to a certain extent, leads to the problem of uneven quality of products.

3)To renew equipment? The cost of investment on new equipment is high, which needs to be prudent nowadays. Even if equipment is renewed, what to do with the outdated equipment and production lines? Simply disposed? it would be a pity that the initial production lines taking no small of spending are disposed of. If not disposed, the problems still exist, such as the outdated production, failed fineness and other production pain points, which may appear repeatedly. It is a difficult decision, being caught in a dilemma.

4)Considering these pain points of manufacturers, Hongru Intelligent has come up with the idea of ″updating″ of outdated equipment and ″intelligent upgrading″ of production lines and optimization of production process,″ aiming to serve manufacturers at low cost and with no disposal of outdated equipment but to achieve a 100% renewal of the production run.

2.″Upgrading″ - Nano pesticide production equipment and process 

While using ″updating″ to help ″conventional″ pesticide manufacturers achieve process optimization and product quality improvement, Hongru Intelligent has made investment in research and development of the nano pesticide milling equipment and the formulation process. 

In 2019, IUPAC announced the Top Ten Emerging Technologies in Chemistry, which is referred to as the ″emerging technologies between new scientific discoveries and fully commercialized technologies,″ with nano pesticide topping the list.

The movement of materials toward nanometer seems unstoppable. However, the date of mass production of nano pesticide is still unforeseeable. As an equipment manufacturer, in light of the uncertain market trend, Hongru Intelligent has taken the first move and has made an initiative-taking exploration of the nano pesticide milling equipment and production process, such that reliable equipment and dependable process will be already available to formulators for mass-produce when the day comes.

So far, Hongru has developed a new-generation intelligent nano bead mill, high-efficient premix shear emulsifier, the pre mill and the nano pesticide production process, which will be unveiled at CAC2023 for the first time. The latest multi-formula intelligent Batch + DCS one-key switch system (also applicable to upgrading of outdated production lines), along with the new nano mill combination, will provide a new possibility for nano pesticide production.

Coupled with Batch and DCs, multi-formula loading and full automatic control are achieved, which solves the fundamental pain points of manufacturers and enables achievement of the goal of nano pesticide formulation, as supported by the latest equipment combination.
