Unlocking the Potential of NPK Nutrients: The Benefit from Seawinner Exclusive Seaweed Extract

Seawinner 818, as exclusive Seaweed Extract from Seawin patented ″Enzymolysis Fermentation Coupling Extraction Technology″, with higher content of core ingredients --- Alginic Acid and Seaweed Polysaccharide, shows outstanding effect on promoting growth of plants, improving nutrient utilization and uptake.

Following trials show how much it can improve.

Promote Growth

Trial No. 1：

Crop：Eggplant

Treatment：Seawinner818, 6kgs / ha by fertigation

Competitor：Regular black seaweed extract, 6kgs/ha by fertigation

Trial Result: Compared to the competitor, Seawinner 818 increased aboveground dry weight, root dry weight and root length per plant by 46%, 15.38%, 13.81% respectively when applied at a rate of 6kgs/ha by fertigation.

Trial No. 2

Crop：Tomato

Treatment：Seawinner818, 6kgs / ha by fertigation

Competitor：Regular black seaweed extract, 6kgs/ha by fertigation   

Trial Result: Compared to the competitor, Seawinner 818 increased dry weight, stem diameter and root length per plant by 10%, 5.99%, 24.82% respectively when applied at a rate of 6kgs/ha by fertigation.

Both trials demonstrate that Seawinner 818 can effectively promote root development, increase stem diameter, enhance the lodging resistance while improving the accumulation of dry matter in plants.

Increase utilization rate of fertilizer

Trial No. 1

Crop: Pepper

Fertilizer：Urea

Treatment：5kgs of Seawinner 818 was blended with 1mt of Urea

Competitor: 5kgs of regular black seaweed extract was blended with 1mt of Urea

Trial Result: Compared to the competitor, applying Seawinner 818 at a rate of 5kg/ 1 ton urea increased dry weight per plant by 28.33%, N absorption per plant by 40.61%, and utilization rate of N by 3.4%. 

Trial No. 2

Crop : Leaf Lettuce

Fertilizer: Water Soluble Fertilizer (WSF) 18-18-18

Treatment：5kgs of Seawinner 818was blended with 1mt of WSF 18-18-18

Control：WSF 18-18-18

Result: Compared to the Control, Seawinner 818 increased absorption rate of NPK by 75.96%, 59.66% and 31.83% respectively.

Both trials demonstrate that, applying Seawinner 818 together with NPK fertilizer can promote uptake of NPK nutrient and improve utilization rate of NPK fertilizer.

In summary, compared to regular black seaweed extract, Seawinner818 can effectively promote root development, dry matter accumulation, and the uptake of NPK and other nutrients. It can improve fertilizer utilization efficiency thus helps to reduce input costs and increase efficiency.
