Croda India breaks ground on new manufacturing plant in Dahej![qrcode]()

Croda India has marked a new milestone by breaking ground on its greenfield manufacturing plant at Dahej, Gujarat.
With an investment of approximately £50m in the first phase, this new facility will aid the increase of Croda’s capacity to serve rising regional consumption of its Consumer Care products as well as the growing opportunities available in Pharma and Crop Care.
In addition to expanding Croda’s manufacturing capacity, the Dahej site fully supports the company’s sustainability ambition and will be a zero-carbon and zero-liquid discharge facility.
"This investment at Dahej is a demonstration of our commitment to the Indian market and a recognition of its immense potential for growth," Croda India Managing Director Murali Duvvuri said.
The group has been present in India for over two decades and has a manufacturing and innovation centre in Navi Mumbai and alongside offices in Ahmedabad.
