SouthAfricaWinField United South Africa announced the appointment of Marius Boshoff as Villa Crop Protection’s Managing Director effective from 1 April 2023.
Stepping into his new position Marius will prioritise establishing clear goals for the Villa Leadership Team, aligning the organisation to achieve the vision of being customer centric, data and insight driven, helping our aligned dealers grow with the company and striving for sustained growth.
Marius is an experienced business leader with a career that spans 32 years in various roles in the Farming and Crop Protection industry.
His experience across research, training and knowledge exchange, combined with his proven ability at identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and leading initiatives, will help build on Villa’s past success and deliver an exciting future for the company.
