During the Safra Show, which is taking place this week in Lucas do Rio Verde, and Parecis Super Agro in Campo Novo do Parecis, producers can learn about more technological and sustainable solutions for the challenges facing them in the field.

ADAMA, a company that is part of one of the largest holdings in global agribusiness, has reinforced its presence in Mato Grosso by participating in the main events in the region and taking the company's newest technologies to producers. Last week, it was at the Farm Show, which took place in Primavera do Leste, and, from 21st to 24th March, it participated in the Show Safra with a unique stand, to promote its portfolio focused on soy cultivation.

″For ADAMA, it is important to honor these fairs and an opportunity to be ever closer to producers, listening more closely to their challenges and already proposing three solutions for some problems already facing the Cerrado, such as bedbugs, target spot and plant weeds,″ said agronomist Thiago Vieira (Marketing Manager at ADAMA).

He added that the region has suffered from increased pressure from stink bugs in soybeans and corn leafhoppers in maize crops, in addition to increased tolerance and resistance in weeds to some herbicides, increased pressure from target spot, and resistance to some fungicides.

For the Safra Show, Vieira explained that the company will showcase the BomDeSoja Fungicides Universe, a 360-degree portfolio of high-performance fungicides and sustainable technologies for all stages of soybean cultivation, achieving significant increases in crop quality and productivity. The solutions control target spot and rust, delivering results such as maximum protection of the bass and better formation of pods, as well as maintaining the green of the crop, in addition to offering a specific fungicide for diseases at the end of the soybean crop cycle.

For the next event, Parecis SuperAgro, which will take place from March 28 to 31, Vieira said that the company, like at the Farm Show and at the Safra Show, will showcase its main solutions aimed at soybean farmers and are unique in the market, covering insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. These will include Galil®, an insecticide for controlling bedbugs, and Armero®, a fungicide with an exclusive TOV formulation that combats the main diseases that affect soybean crops throughout the country, such as target spot, rust and DFCs, in addition to the launch of Apresa®, a herbicide for pre-emergence control of grassy and broadleaf weeds that are difficult to control, such as bitter grass and crow's foot grass. ″The uniqueness of our solutions are the innovations in their formulations that deliver superior performance, ease of handling and, above all, contribute to the sustainability of crops,″ he added.

In addition to Armero®, a champion in productivity against target spot by the Target Spot Network Consortium, the program has the champion tool for rust control, Blindado® TOV, which is used in the middle of the cycle, and Across®, an ideal fungicide for end-of-cycle diseases. ″To achieve productivity and quality, all soybean stages require efficacy against fungi, which is why we launched this program, that was developed based on the difficulties we heard from the field, to meet demands from soybean growers,″ Vieira said in conclusion.
