Corteva, Sino-Agri Leading’s subsidiary establish strategic cooperation in new business partnership

On March 7, Corteva and Sino Agri Tianjin held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Tianjin, China, where the top management of the two parties signed a cooperation agreement for product packaging, which is the start of a new business partnership. 

In order to promote the new business, the two sides held full discussions on the details of the business’s implementation. Corteva’s supply chain work team has forecasted product demand for the first year of the business partnership, while Sino Agri Tianjin talked about its herbicide production workshops and available capacity. Accompanied by Sino Agri Tianjin’s staff, Corteva’s work team visited the former’s workshops and warehouses and offered advices on site management and quality control standards. Both parties are full of confidence in their cooperation and believe that production can be started in a timely manner.

Their cooperation is based on a long-term business relationship that already exists between the two parties, which is based on their complementary advantage and resource sharing on a win-win basis. Going forward, Sino Agri Tianjin will continue its investment and fully utilize its advantages to speed up the implementation of the new business partnership, moving towards a closer and deeper strategic cooperation with Corteva.

Sino Agri Tianjin is a subsidiary of the Sino Agri Group, being mainly engaged in the formulation and packaging of pesticide mixtures. Its plant is located on an area of 20,446-square meters, covering 10 production workshops and 10 warehouses, with a planned annual pesticide production capacity of 10,000 tons.
