Best Agrolife Ltd announces appointment of Quality Control and R&D Head

Best Agrolife Ltd, one of the leading agrochemical company in India, announced the hire of Mr Lalit Kumar Sharma. Mr Sharma has joined as the Head - Quality Control and R&D of Seedlings India Pvt Ltd,  a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Agrolife Ltd (BAL).  In this role, Mr Sharma will design the R&D strategy and be responsible for propelling the pipeline growth and development programs of the company.

A science graduate from Ravishankar University, Chhattisgarh Mr Sharma comes with a rich experience of 32 years in the agrochemical Industry. He was previously associated with the reputed agrochemical companies like Crystal Crop Protection, Dhanuka, Montary, and HPM. Mr Sharma has worked closely with the quality assurance and production teams of these organisations to test and commission new formulations.

Mr Sharma will be based out of Seedlings India Pvt Ltd, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh office.
