Rotam have appointed Jean Michel Duhamel as their Senior Vice President. He brings a wealth of experience in the international crop protection sector having spent 29 years prior to the appointment in various European roles with Monsanto, which included taking that business into the Chinese market.
Jean Michel joins Rotam in a newly created position overseeing global sales and marketing.
According to Rotam CEO James Bristow; “The creation of this senior position is a response to the development of the business into a global crop protection operation. As a result we need a global leader to bring synergy to each of the divisions that are located across sixty countries.”
He adds that Jean Michel with be working to communicate the benefits of the four pillars of the Rotam business. “High level investment in R&D; registrations; manufacturing and fourthly, developing long term commercial relationships are what the company stands for. We now need to ensure these traits are reflected in each territory as the company is subject to rapid growth.
"Rotam have achieved their initial goal of becoming a worldwide player within the crop protection industry and it is now my job to take the company to the next level,” comments Jean Michel.
With many years working at a senior level within sales, marketing and product management across several nations, Jean Michel has the experience necessary to bring Rotam the global direction in sales and marketing that is needed to continue their expansion.
