Flagchem acquires 100% stake in Suke Agrochemical

On January 11, 2023, Jiangsu Flagchem submitted its bid to acquire 100% of stakes in Jiangsu Suke Agrochemical Co., Ltd., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flagchem. 

Suke Agrochemical has accumulated rich experiences in pesticide formulation and possesses many intellectual property rights. For some of its main products, stable distribution channels and long-term customers have been established. Suke Agrochemical owns a number of pesticide production and operation business licenses, a high-tech enterprise certificate, 53 pesticide registration certificates, 57 enterprise standards, 17 patent certificates that include two invention patent certificates, and 52 registered trademarks. Two more invention patents have been filed and are currently under review. 

After Flagchem’s acquisition of a 100% stake, Suke Agrochemical will enable it to quickly access the downstream pesticide formulation market, supported by Suke Agrochemical’s rich experience and available business licenses. 

Flagchem can also fully utilize the advantages of Suke Agrochemical’s well-established brand image and business qualifications in pesticide formulation to expand its formulation and marketing capabilities, which will allow for further business expansion towards the downstream product chain, and enable it to benefit from continuous business growth and improve its business structure.
