Root’s research & development of Fine Chemical Mill - Nano Bead Mill Series
Nano-pesticides have a fine particle size, achieving higher pesticide liquid delivery efficiency and better uptake, to benefit targeted crops. They also significantly reduce the dosage of pesticides used, being an effective tool for solving existing major problems, such as the environmental pollution caused by conventional pesticide formulations, the accumulation of pesticides inside organisms and increased resistance. To better respond to the need for higher pesticide efficacy, better control of harmful effects and the reduced use of pesticide products, nano-pesticides must become a trend in the development of pesticide products.
The Nano Bead Mill Series, developed solely by Root Group has the advantages of state-of-the-art design, sealed continuous production, uniform milling fineness, high efficiency of production and high quality of finished products. The processing of material in a sealed condition can effectively prevent the drying up of grinding material and the evaporation of solvent; the double-end mechanical seal, dual protection, zero leakage and innovative dynamic separation allowing for smoother discharge and less impact on grinding material. So far, Root has supplied the innovative equipment to a well-known Chinese customer in Zhejiang province, who has used the 25L ceramic bead machine for its production line, in which the finished products are proven to meet customer quality standard, also having been highly regarded and praised by customer. By now, the customer has released its products to market with positive feedback.

Root’s high-efficient bead mill - turbo bead mill series
With their continuous innovation and optimization, pesticide products are developing towards formulations and high solid content-based products, while many pesticides have a low melting point and high viscosity, making them prone to Ostwald Ripening. Therefore, grinding via traditional bead mill becomes unsatisfactory, resulting in the non-compliant fineness of some products, which causes emulsification that leads to unstable quality. To tackle the defects resulting from traditional bead mills, Root has developed a series of turbo bead mills series, which offers the advantages of high efficiency, good continuity, less pollution and dependable automation control, being capable of conducting the finer grinding of low-melting and high-viscosity pesticide materials more efficiently and more stably.
