Root concentrates on milling of pesticide formulations, serving new energy industry development

Born to serve the pesticide industry, Shanghai Root has been advancing to continued development of pesticide industry and has also been making steady progress in the energy industry development over recent years. 

In the coming days, several 1000L pin mills (designed volume of 1900L) of the company will be delivered to Changzhou of Jiangsu Province and Jiaozuo of Henan Province for production run. Also, several 400L magnetitic pin mills (designed volume of 900L) will soon arrive at Chengdu of Sichuan Province and Shiyan’s ferric phosphate plants in Hubei Province for running. 

The nano milling equipment has undergone a prolonged period of field application and demonstration, having been proven in the new energy industry sectors such as anode and cathode materials, conductive agents, and diaphragm coating. So far, Root has cooperated satisfactorily with leading enterprises in the new energy industry, including Hunan Yuneng, Gotion Hi-Tech, Yunxiang Juneng, Henan Longbai and Sichuan Longpan.

Stepping into the pesticide industry in 2013, before commercial release of its equipment to the market, Root’s technical team will undertake plenty of research and experimentation on milling of pesticide formulations, having conducted testing and trial in all aspects. Other than only selling the product, Root prefers to delve deep into an industry sector to ″deeply understand the industry,″ not just simply to get to ″know the industry.″ The sale of equipment delivers only assembled mechanical parts, whilst Root tends to deliver a milling solution combining chemical process, milling technique and mechanical design, which Root would love to share with users.

Till date, Root has provided production solutions to more than 1,500 pesticide SC formulators worldwide, including individual miller solutions and full-automatic total solutions in formulation workshops.
