Marcher Brasil presented a new grain extractor, called OUTGRAIN211, which removes grains stored in silo bags ″quickly, safely, efficiently and with zero losses.″
The new equipment was launched at Expointer 2022, which is receiving special coverage from AgroPages. The equipment promises to make the most of the advantages the storage system offered through bags and avoiding grain contamination.
According to the company’s mechanical engineer and engineering manager, João Antônio Zago, the new extractor has productivity of up to 100 ton/h, oat seed, among others.
″It is a very resistant, compact equipment designed for ease of transport, storage, and operation. In addition, it can be used to extract 6 and 9-foot bags,″ he highlighted.
The grain storage process is a complex production stage, but at the same time, very important. The construction of traditional metal silos requires a high investment, which makes bag silos a better cost-benefit alternative.
Another differential in the equipment is that although it has a lot of embedded technology, the operation is very simple.
″For the last two and a half years, we have been focused on this project, which makes it a differentiated extractor in the market,″ Zago said.
This launch complements the other two models of extractors from Marcher Brasil, the OUTGRAIN215 and OUTGRAIN220, with capacities of 180ton/h and 300ton/h, respectively for producers who need greater power and speed.
Marcher Brasil also presents two other launches for 2022 at Expointer: The INGRAIN110, a bagging machine with the potential to store 600 ton/h of grain for 10-foot bags, which makes it the equipment with the highest capacity in Brazil.
The other novelty is the silage bagging machine, INGRAIN 900, also a high-capacity implement with self-propelled chippers.
″All this equipment will be on display during the fair, where visitors will be able to see the machines up close and clear all doubts with our technical team,″ said Myriam Bado, CEO of Marcher Brasil.

The 45th edition of Expointer takes place this week in the city of Esteio, in southern Brazil. The event's organization expects to receive 600,000 people and generate around R$4 billion in business.
The area of agricultural machinery and implements has the presence of more than 100 companies, which present new products, services, and technology.
″Being at Expointer is very important because it is a fair of national and international prominence. In addition to exposing our line of equipment and launches, we took the opportunity to show the innovations we worked on throughout the year and take the opportunity to understand additional needs that our customers and partners have,″ the CEO said in conclusion.
