First kasugamycin water soluble powder granted registration in China

Recently, kasugamycin 0.1% WSP, filed by Yunnan Yunda Science Agrochemical Co., Ltd., was granted registration by China's Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, MOA (ICAMA).
The registration was approved for the control of cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot, being the first kasugamycin WSP registered in the country, as well as the first kasugamycin product aimed at controlling cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot disease through flush application.
Previous kasugamycin registrations approved in China include eight types of products, which are TC (10), WP (78), SL/AS (46), SC (33), WDG (11), GR (2), SG (1) and ME (1). Concerning the control of cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot disease, all kasugamycin products can be applied through stem and leaf spraying.
