Andermatt Group becomes majority shareholder of BIOinput

Andermatt Group AG becomes majority shareholder (80% stake) in the Croatian company BIOinput d.o.o.  

BIOinput, located in Varaždin, Croatia was founded in 2016 by its Managing Director and former majority shareholder Martina Borić. Over the past years, BIOinput has developed to be a leading supplier of biological plant protection products, biocides, plant stimulants and nutrition specialties in Croatia. Martina Borić will remain Managing Director as well as minority shareholder of the company BIOinput. ″There is a great cultural and entrepreneurial fit between BIOinput and the Andermatt Group. The shareholding of Andermatt Group in BIOinput is based on common values and a mutual vision to contribute to healthy food production and a healthy environment. In return of the sales of its majority in BIOinput, Martina Borić will become minority shareholder in the Andermatt Group. It is part of the succession plan of the founders of the Andermatt Group AG to integrate also other biocontrol pioneers as shareholders.
