AgriThority deepens expertise in South America with addition of agronomist

South America continues to see increased demand for growth in agricultural innovation. To help accelerate more new innovations through product, market and business development, AgriThority^® adds an experienced Product Development Agronomist based in Argentina.  

Eleonora Da Riva is a Master’s degreed entomologist and agronomist with project experience on ″Spatial and temporal dynamic of Helicoverpa zea and Spodoptera frugiperda populations using pheromone traps in regions of Argentina.″ As an AgriThority Product Development Agronomist, LATAM, Da Riva will apply her expertise in entomology, as well as biological and synthetic chemistries for crop protection.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Da Riva brings general manager experience from Provivi SRL where she supervised regulatory, accounting and financial activities in Argentina. Her role also included building relationships with academic, regulatory and strategic stakeholders for market research, foreign trade and freedom to operate requirements. Da Riva’s previous scientific roles expanded into product development team management following stints with AgIdea SA as entomology and microbiology services manager and laboratory scientist.
