Strategic Agreement between Anthesis & Corteva Agriscience Hellas for the distribution of an innovative biocontrol product in the Greek market

Anthesis and Corteva Agriscience Hellas announce their strategic agreement for the distribution of a bio-insecticide Bolldex in the Greek market. The agreement links the know-how of the two leading providers in the sector of efficient and sustainable bio-pesticide solutions.

The multi-year development plan of Bolldex in the Greek market,has been designed in order to meet the specialized needs of Greek farmers for ecofriendly high tech solutions. Bolldex will be available nationwide by the distribution network of Corteva Agriscience Hellas. It is produced by Andermatt Group known as a global pioneer in the development, production and support of ideal solutions for sustainable agriculture.

Bolldex is based on a naturally occurring entomopathogenic virus for the control of the green worm, Helicoverpa armigera,which infects cotton and corn among other important crops. It is the result of in depth bio-technological research and delivers distinguished effectiveness in targeted pest control. These unique characteristics render it the most reliable biocontrol tool for Greek farmers in the IPM programs for Helicoverpa control.
