SpeedAgro renews portfolio with sustainable adjuvants, pesticides

The Argentine agrochemical company SpeedAgro presented the producer with a renewed portfolio of 22 products at the Expoagro 2022 fair – one of the most prestigious in Argentina –in the province of Buenos Aires last March.

The company brought to its stand the predominant motto: "The world needs the countryside in its best version."

Alejo Alonso, the company's Development Manager, explained, “The best version is a way of producing while being sustainable, considering the environment and producing by maximizing resources to obtain good results, but always under the line of sustainability. That would be the field at its best.”

In addition, the company brought a “new SpeedAgro” to the expo. Today the company is not only an adjuvant processing company but also a business platform for producers and distributors. In addition to offering adjuvants and agrochemicals, it allows operations with swaps. of grains, cards, transfers and all the means of payment existing in the market with different financing options.

Today SpeedAgro says that it has an intelligent warehouse with 4,000 positions, not only for its own use but also to provide services and a formulation plant that has been automated to the highest level during these years of the pandemic.

According to Alonso, it is possible to "improve the efficiency in our applications" in the application process linked to the adjuvant line by exposing the means to achieve increased efficiency. First, one can seek to reduce losses from the physical part (setup of the machine) and then from the chemical part, working with the adjuvants.

In this way, losses can be reduced according to data and ensure that what is seen in the field, does not exceed 50%. This is improved with different calibrations, checking the machine, analyzing the water and using the products. The company provides services free of charge to users of the products through the Department of Technical Market Development.
