JiuYi Agriculture to execute investment agreement for an annual 5,000-ton prothioconazole technical project

On March 31, 2022, Anhui JiuYi Agriculture Co., Ltd. announced its decision to sign up an investment agreement with the Administration Committee of Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park for an annual 5,000-ton prothioconazole technical project in a purpose to further expand the production capacity of prothioconazole technical, which is in line with the company’s strategic development plan.

The company intends to acquire a plot of land within Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park to build a new capacity of 5,000 tons of the novel broad-spectrum fungicide prothioconazole technical. The project land is located in the southeast corner of the park, covering a total area of about 100 mu (6.67 hectare), at an investment of RMB 1 billion (160 million USD dollars).

This investment project is in line with the company's own development strategy, is conducive to improving the company's competitiveness, is conducive to the company's long-term development, and will have a positive impact on the company's performance improvement, comprehensive strength improvement, and profit growth.
