First large trials for chinaberry bio-pesticide in China

A botanical pesticide was firstly field trialed in China recently. The manufacturer, Jiukang Biotech, has successfully obtained the bio-pesticide from chinaberry, is carrying out large-scale trails for organic farming in some plantations across Jiangsu province.

The chinaberry bio-pesticide was widely used worldwide against the pests on fruits, vegetables, rice and teas and was welcome by the growers due to its broad spectra, high efficiency, biodegradable, pollution-free and residue-free.

It is expected that the bio-pesticide treated fruits and vegetables will appear in farm markets by this autumn.
