Syngenta in North America announced an agreement with Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd., Waco, Tex., to transfer all existing
Syngenta sorghum seed inventory to Golden Acres effective as of June 3, 2011. The agreement covers all
Syngenta sorghum hybrids, including forage, grain and sudangrass products.
