Chavez brings 30 + years of global sales and business development experience in agriculture

Azotic North America announces the addition of Thomas Chavez to lead their Global Sales Team. Chavez’ appointment comes at a pivotal time for Azotic as the company accelerates the growth of nitrogen-fixing Envita in existing and new markets in Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa. His expertise and leadership will open up new markets for Envita around the world.

Chavez brings with him a deep expertise in global agricultural sales and business development, helping companies open market opportunities, build teams, expand and enhance distribution networks and launch products in new markets. Chavez comments on the potential Envita has to really transform the agricultural industry, “I’m thrilled to help carry on the great work that has created a sector leading foundation and help take Azotic to the next level.” He says.

Ray Chyc, CEO of Azotic says, “Given our exponential growth rate in North America, we are now ready to expand into the EU, Asia, Africa and South America. Our technology is providing sustainable Nitrogen solutions to growers while offering new revenue opportunities to distributors and dealers. Tom’s leadership and global business development experience will accelerate our growth into these new markets.”

Envita is a systemic nitrogen fixing solution for crops including corn, soybeans, canola, wheat and rice that fundamentally changes the nitrogen equation on farms. Applied in-furrow or as a foliar spray, Envita works from within plant cells to fix its own nitrogen and close the gap between nitrogen need and availability. Air is 78% nitrogen and Envita bacteria naturally metabolizes N directly from the air, providing a steady source of nitrogen when and where the plant needs it most, all season long.
