A strategic partnership established between Sino-Agri Leading and Red Sun to expand products supply including diquat and glufosinate

Recently, Sino-Agri Leading and Nanjing Red Sun executed a Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement, where the two parties reached a strategic agreement on the business collaboration in the year of 2022. Red Sun will provide in priority Sino-Agri Leading with its traditional products, including diquat, chlorpyrifos, 3-Methyl-pyridine, 3-Cyanopyridine, nicotinamide and 2,3-Dichloropyridine, with an amount no lower than 2021, which would be roughly RMB2.1 billion. At the same time, Red Sun will supply no less than 50% of the output of its new products, diquat dichloride and glufosinate, to Sino-Agri Leading.

The strategic partnership will give a full play of the business advantage of Sino-Agri Leading as a national-level enterprise in the fields of pesticide distribution and plant protection service in China and worldwide, which is a perfect match to Red Sun’s three global industrial chains created and operated on its own. Through the integration of resources and the strong alliance between the two sides, a long-term, stable, trusted and efficient strategic collaboration is formed in favor of the joint development towards better social benefits and investment returns.
