South Africa’s Agricultural Holding company PSJ Group has, through Sakata Seeds Southern Africa, entered into a distribution partnership that will see Sakata Seeds distributed nationally to over 180 Nulandis depots.
This will greatly assist farmers in remote areas in all nine provinces to access good quality seeds and technical expertise. The partnership allows farmers to have more options as they redeem the (Presidential Employment Stimulus Initiative) PESI Vouchers through PSJ Group seed supply at Nulandis depots.
PSJ Group (Pty) Ltd is a diversified black owned Agricultural Holdings Company led by Paul Ntshabele while Sakata Seeds Multinational was founded in 1913 in Japan and it is operational in over 130 countries represented by 32 subsidiary companies. PSJ Group is their South African partner.
AECI Plant health is a leading manufacturer of agricultural chemicals and suppliers of insecticides,
fungicides, herbicides and plant nutrition products to the agrochemical industry.
Ntshabele said the PSJ Group is excited about the partnership and how it’s going to benefit farmers by providing access to inputs; the combined wealth of experience, extension service, human capital, infrastructure, logistics and technical expertise in implementing future projects.
