Nutrichem subsidiaries Wanquan Hongyu, Wanquan Lihua, shut till March-end

ChinaNutrichem recently announced the temporary suspension of production at its wholly-owned subsidiaries Wanquan Hongyu Chemical and Wanquan Lihua Chemical.
Chemical industries in Wanquan District are shut until the end of March 2022 to ensure environmental safety during the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games. In March, the companies will resume production as per requirement.
Wanquan Hongyu and Wanquan Lihua, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Yingtai Biologics, are located within Wanquan District, which had already suspended chemical production activities from December 31, 2021.
The announcement said that the Chinese New Year holiday and the company’s regular temporary shutdown for maintenance occurred between January and March 2022. Therefore, the suspension of production on the company’s overall performance in 2022 would be limited, despite some adverse impacts on the company’s short-term operations.
