Nanjing Redsun: glufosinate-ammonium project to be put into production and capacity of Diquat Dichloride to reach 60,000t/a in 2022

ChinaRecently, Nanjing Redsun Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Redsun) revealed that it has been actively promoting the construction of its new Glufosinate-ammonium project and planned to put it into production in 2022. The company will conduct trial production in accordance with relevant industry requirements. Besides, it also planned to build a 15,000 t/a Diquat Dichloride project, increasing its Diquat Dichloride production capacity to 60,000 t/a in 2022.
As the biggest Paraquat manufacturer in the world, Nanjing Redsun has a Paraquat production capacity of 32,000t/a (converted to 100% Paraquat) with a capacity utilization ratio of 70%-85%. In addition to Paraquat, Nanjing Redsun’s main products include Diquat, Nicotinamide, Chlorpyrifos, Pyridine and its derivatives.
