Bayer has launched Ascra Xpro, an innovative fungicide for cereals that combines maximum effectiveness on leaf diseases that directly benefits plant physiology and productivity levels.
The three active ingredients (fluopyram, bixafen, prothioconazole) control the most dangerous diseases for cereals, such as septoria, powdery mildew, rusts, helminthosporium and other minor diseases.
The presence of fluopyram, provides timeliness and curativeness to the solution for the first time in a formulation to protect cereals. It acts at the root level, increasing the quantity of soil explored by the root system, for stronger and more resistant plants.
Furthermore, the Xpro technology formulation, a major innovation for cereals on the market, is highly innovative and allows a redistribution of the drops over a greater area than the reference formulations for ultra-rapid absorption.
Ascra Xpro has numerous other advantages, including making the plant more water-efficient and tolerant to stress, greater vigor and photosynthetic potential and a delay in senescence. Thanks to these "factors responsible for production" it is possible to obtain excellent quality wheat, to respond to increasingly challenging climatic conditions and market quality standards.
The association with Climate FieldView, the digital platform that allows you to monitor fields with satellite maps, enhances the effectiveness of Ascra Xpro. The platform improves business management and combines all the information of the different plots in a single place.
These new methods of communication and cutting-edge technologies always support Italian cereal growers with innovative and sustainable products daily in the path towards the future scenarios of agriculture.
