Last fenvalerate products to end in US

The US EPA has received requests to cancel the last end-use registrations of the pyrethroid insecticide/termiticide, fenvalerate. The Agency issued a cancellation order in late 2003 following requests by the technical registrants, Sumitomo Chemical and Bayer Environmental Science, to cancel their approvals. Five end-use registrants have requested approval cancellations for 16 products, which are mainly for residential and other non-crop uses.
