Shanghai Stock Exchange resumes premarket review of Syngenta’s IPO

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), on October 12, 2021, resumed the premarket review of Syngenta’ IPO. CICC and BOCI Securities act as sponsors, intending to raise funds of RMB 650 million.
On September 30, 2021, some of Syngenta Group’s submitted financial information was found outdated. The SSI asked for updated information.
Earlier, the company replied to the second round of inquiries from the Science and Technology Innovation Board. In the second round, the SSE focused on 25 questions covering the company’s sustainable operation capacity, business compliance, goodwill and fund-raising-related issues.
