AgroPages-De Sangosse acquires British biocontrol company Agronaturalis-Agricultural news

De Sangosse Group on Monday announced that it has acquired Agronaturalis, a biocontrol company based in the United Kingdom.

Agronaturalis was created in 2008, developing high-tech formulations of potassium bicarbonate and other natural fungicides. Their products are now marketed in around twenty countries in Europe. Leading brands include Armicarb^®, Armicarb^® Spray and Karbicure^® fungicides, used in vines, fruit and vegetable crops, as well as flowers in professional agricultural markets and home gardens.

The two companies have already been working together for several years. This acquisition has marked a new step for their partnership. Agronaturalis will continue to operate as a stand-alone UK-based company.
