We will remind the current situation and we will highlight the main changes.
We know that Regulation EC No. 2003/2003 will be repelled by the Regulation EU No. 2019/1009 as Fertilizer Product Regulations (FPR).
Main change will be that organic compounds, and biostimulants can now be registered as European level. This will lead to Fertilisers marked EU now and no more EC.
This change also influences verification of conformity. If you need to remember one thing about this new regulation, you need to check in which Component Material Categories (CMC) and Product Function Categories (PFC) you fall to know the module to consider for the verification of conformity.
Finally, you will have a free choice between EU regulation and national laws. National laws will not be considered only because you do not fall in EU regulation.
