LYDD, AGROSKYRUN sign strategic cooperation agreement

On 26th May, after many visits and exchanges and in view of the high levels of consistency and complementarity of both sides in terms of industrial values, business models and industrial advantages, Ningbo LYDD E-commerce Co., Ltd. (LYDD) and NINGBO Agroskyrun Trading Co., Ltd. (NINGBO AGROSKYRUN) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the IBI headquarters. 

As stipulated in the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in the areas of the circular agriculture industry, talent co-construction and industrial Internet supply chain strategy. 

Wang Ting, Senior Vice President of IBI (Stock Code: 603613.SH), Ji Jingjing, CEO of LYDD, and Yu Jiachao, General Manager of the Grease and Oil Industry Chain, attended the signing ceremony, along with Tu Zhan, Chairman of NINGBO AGROSKYRUN, and Yao Xueqiang, General Manager of NINGBO AGROSKYRUN 

During the ceremony, Ting said, “LYDD will create a closed-loop operations model of the global agricultural industry chain based on industrial e-commerce and internet big data, as well as reconstruct the traditional industrial internet ecology. It is also committed to achieving food security, meeting increasing consumption demands and maintaining global biodiversity and its other industrial responsibilities.”
