Fine Agrochemicals is looking for a Business Development Manager for South Europe, Africa & Middle East

Fine Agrochemicals is a highly successful and global business specialising in the development, registration and commercialisation of innovative plant growth regulators for applications on fruit, flower, vegetable and arable crops. With its head office in Worcester, UK, the company operates in some 50 countries worldwide and is a recognised leader in plant growth regulator technology.  

The company has invested for many years in developing new product formulations and in identifying new label uses to build and enhance its PGR product portfolio. As a result of this Fine now has an excellent product pipeline and is gearing up for significant growth with the introduction of exciting new products. It is fully supported in this activity by its parent group, De Sangosse. To contribute to this growth Fine is now looking a talented sales/marketing professional, ideally based in Southern Europe, for this role:

Position:  Business Development Manager, South Europe/Africa/Middle East

Working Location:  Flexible home office base in Southern Europe
 
Job Scope:  To play a key role in maximizing profitable sales of Fine’s existing and new products in the South Europe, Africa & Middle East region utilising budgeting, forecasting, promotional and sales skills.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in agronomy, biology, chemistry or similar

• Fluent in English + reasonable French and ideally other languages

• Successful sales/marketing agrochemical experience in France, Italy or Spain

• Good technical and market product knowledge

• Highly motivated, self-starter, ambitious

• Able to operate autonomously but a good team player

• Wiling to travel throughout the region for around 40% of working time
