Syngenta considering listing in Shanghai by June 2022

In an interview with WirtschaftsWoche (Germany) on 7th May, Eric Fyrwald, Chief Executive of Syngenta, a subsidiary of ChemChina, said that the company is planning to go public by June 2022 at the latest, possibly in Shanghai.
According to WirtschaftsWoche, Syngenta is considering a subsequent secondary listing in Europe over the next few months. In 2017, ChemChina acquired Syngenta for $43 billion and is planning the relisting of the company.
