UPL Brasil appoints new Operational Marketing Director

UPL Brasil has announced the appointment of Eduardo Mazzieri as their new Operational Marketing Director in the country. 

With over 20 years of experience in the market, Mazzieri is an agronomist who graduated from the University of São Paulo with several courses and specializations from renowned business schools such as Ashridge, Harvard and FAAP.

"It is with great satisfaction I come to UPL to be part of the newly created structure of operations, designed to support the rapid growth of the company not only in Brazil but in global terms. Our goal is to increasingly direct the organization to farmers, our end customers, and create a hub of excellence in marketing, integrated and collaborative,” Mazzieri said.

Mazzieri, 47, has worked at multinational fertilizer, seed and pesticide organizations, having already held leadership positions in marketing and business in different areas. He also has experience in strategic culture and portfolio management, as well as seeds and biotechnology.

Mazzieri will lead an expanded structure composed of UPL's tactical marketing teams, which include marketing leaders in the main agricultural regions of the country, in addition to market access, pricing and communication.
