AgroPages-Yongtai Technology’s 1,500-ton lambda-cyhalothric acid project enters trial production-Agricultural news

On 24th March, China’s Yongtai Technology announced that the trial production of its aromatic compound-containing fine chemical project, which is a 1,500-ton lambda-cyhalothric acid project launched in its subsidiary, Chongqing Yongyuansheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., entered trial production a few days ago after passing an expert review of its trial production program.

Lambda-cyhalothric acid is a variety of chrysanthemic acid, which is an important intermediate for the synthesis of pyrethroid insecticides and is used to synthesize highly efficient pyrethroids. The company said that the completion and operation of the project will help enhance the company's pesticide product portfolio, to create new source of profitability.
