Punjab Chemicals starts production of Prosulfocarb TC

Established in year 1976 by Late Shri S.D. Shroff, Punjab Chemicals is pleased to announce for having successfully started production of Prosulfocarb Technical, a Herbicide in Derabassi (Punjab) Plant. Currently plant manufacturing capacity is of 3000 MT per annum.

Prosulfocarb has been made with successful technology transfer with a South East Asia Partner. 

Punjab Chemicals is successfully producing quality herbicides, fungicides and insecticides for direct sales as well as on exclusivity basis for various Indian/Overseas multinational customers based in Europe, Israel, Japan, China and India.

Along with in-house manufacturing, the company will continue to leverage existing plant for “strategic contract manufacturing partnership” and signed such exclusivity arrangements for newer and patented products with innovators customers based around the globe. 

Punjab chemicals is one of the world largest manufactures of Metamitron through its backward integrated plant both for export and indigenous market (exclusive local registration). A Key Technical product in Punjab Chemicals’ manufacturing portfolio includes Ethofumesate, Diflufenican, Lenacil, Cyanazine, Tebuconazole, Fenpyroximate etc. In January 2021 we got approval for indigenous manufacturing for Azoxystrobin Technical and Diafenthiuron Technical.
